Creator Program Terms

These Creator Program Terms govern participation in the Lost In Extraction Creators Crew, operated by SP Interactive L.L.C.-FZ. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By applying to or taking part in the program, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and application

The program is open to content creators on supported platforms (currently YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, Telegram, and Bilibili). You apply through the Site with your channel link and audience details. Acceptance is at our discretion; meeting a minimum audience size does not guarantee approval. We aim to review applications within 14 days and notify you of the decision by email. If an application is declined, you may re-apply 30 days after the decision.

Tiers and commission

There are three tiers, each with a commission rate applied to eligible purchases attributed to you: OPERATOR (5%), VETERAN (10%), and LEGEND (15%). Your starting tier is set at approval based on your channel size. Moving between OPERATOR and VETERAN is handled by us: we keep an eye on active creators' channels ourselves and move you up as your audience grows past the next threshold, and you'll be notified when that happens, you do not need to request an upgrade. LEGEND is different and is not reached by audience size alone: it is invite-only, offered by the studio (see "How you get paid" below).

How you get paid

OPERATOR and VETERAN commissions are paid as in-game currency (coins) credited to your game account. LEGEND commissions are paid as real money via PayPal. The LEGEND tier is invite-only: it is offered by the studio to channels that are fully dedicated to Lost In Extraction, and it is what unlocks cash payouts. Reaching a follower threshold alone does not grant LEGEND.

In-game coins are a reward for use inside the game only. They are not money: coins have no cash value and cannot be converted, exchanged, redeemed, or withdrawn as real currency. There is no coin-to-cash conversion. Only LEGEND commissions are ever paid in real money; OPERATOR and VETERAN rewards exist solely as in-game coins on your game account.

Lost In Extraction is still in development, so its in-game economy is not final. The number of coins a given OPERATOR or VETERAN commission credits, and the exact set of eligible purchases, are preliminary and may change until the game launches. We will confirm the final figures, and make them available to you, before any earnings actually accrue.

Cash payouts (LEGEND) are made once your unpaid balance reaches at least USD 50, processed on the 1st of each month to the PayPal details you provide. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.

Player attribution

Each approved creator gets a personal promo code. When a player enters your code, that player is attributed to you. Attribution is first-code-wins: the first creator whose code a player uses keeps that player, and a code entered later does not change an existing attribution. Once a player is attributed to you, their subsequent eligible purchases earn you commission without the code being re-entered, subject to these terms. You may not use your own code for your own purchases.

When earnings accrue

Lost In Extraction is in development. Commissions can only accrue once the game is live and processing eligible purchases. Until then, your account may show a promo code and tier, but no earnings will be generated. "Eligible purchases" means paid purchases we designate as commissionable (for example, coin packs); it excludes refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, and taxes/fees.

Disclosure requirements

When you create content as part of the program, you must clearly disclose that the game sponsors you, as required by law in many regions and by us. That means: state "Supported by Lost In Extraction" in the first lines of each video description; say it out loud at the start of each stream or video; and add the hashtags #LIECreator #Sponsored #Ad. Repeated failure to disclose may result in removal from the program.

Acceptable conduct

You agree not to generate attributions or purchases through fraud, bots, incentivized clicks, misleading claims, or any method that violates a platform's rules or the law. We may withhold or reverse commissions connected to such activity.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update the program, its tiers, rates, or these terms as the program and the game evolve. These terms are not a promise that rates or benefits stay the same forever. Any change to tiers or rates applies only to eligible purchases made after the change takes effect; it does not reduce commission you have already validly earned. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.

We may suspend or remove a creator who breaches these terms, and either party may end participation at any time. When your participation ends, your existing player attributions end with it: purchases those players make afterwards no longer earn you commission.

On termination we make a final settlement of your account. Cash (LEGEND) balances that were validly earned are paid via PayPal even if they are below the usual USD 50 threshold, except for amounts we are reasonably withholding while we review suspected fraud, chargebacks, or a breach of these terms, a review hold is separate from, and not a way to avoid paying, money you have genuinely earned. In-game coin balances remain on your game account.

If you believe a commission, tier, or payout is wrong, email support@spistudios.com within 60 days of the entry in question and we will review it with you.
